This is for Troop Leadership Positions, Patrol Leaders, Assistant Patrol Leaders and Registered Adult Leaders. We will be planning the calendar of events through 2023. This will double as training for Troop Adult Positions as well as introduction to troop leadership training and team building.
This year we will be training our Scouts for their new leadership roles and developing our annual planning calendar at Mataguay Scout Ranch’s Retreat Center. While we are training and planning with the Scouts, it is also a great opportunity for you learn with the scouts and to participate in the team building exercises.
Finally, as a volunteer, I am hoping that our long-standing experts in the troop will be there to conduct training sessions of their own in their areas of expertise for our new volunteers including:
Treasurer
Advancement
High Adventure
Boards of Review
Etc.
We will be camping in tents at the Retreat Center and will be doing our own cooking outdoors for all attendees. Be sure to check the checkbox in the signup form if you would like to help with cooking.
The cost covers food and reserving the dining hall where most of our meetings will take place.
