HOW TO SUBMIT TROOP 782 REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS
This includes reimbursement for patrol food for campouts, purchases for Courts of Honor, gas and fuel, etc.
- Please send an email to treasurer@troop782.org. Your email should include the following:
- Picture of the receipt
- Relevant details like which event, which patrol, budget amount, etc. (make life easy for the treasurer)
- How much you are requesting reimbursement for (include sales tax)
- How to pay you either:
- For a check: Full name and how to deliver it (e.g. mailing address)
- For Venmo: Your Venmo account name
